Gustavo Arias has been in the teaching field for more than 20 years. He has achieved different goals in his teaching career in different schools where he has worked; He became an English Teacher in 1993, his first teaching experience was at an English school where he had the opportunity to teach all English levels, from basic to teacher’s courses. He was also part of different Universities as an English teacher and teacher trainer such, after some years, he became an academic coordinator where one of his many activities was to train teachers and see about the students’ learning process. He was also an academic supervisor and an academic director. He also contributed to the training Sep program where his main aim was to train teachers to improve their English level and their teaching approaches as well. He currently belongs to the academic Macmillan team as an academic consultant.
